Editorial Independence

Commercial activity is separated from MCP Verdict's sourced facts and editorial conclusions. The publication may accept advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, data work, or custom research when those relationships are clearly disclosed.

What commercial partners can purchase

Clearly labeled advertising and sponsorship inventory, newsletter sponsorship, custom research with an agreed scope, and future data or monitoring services may be offered. Sponsored material must be visually distinguishable from editorial content.

What commercial partners cannot purchase

Payment cannot rewrite a sourced fact, hide a material limitation, remove legitimate criticism, or guarantee a favorable editorial conclusion. Any ranked or comparative placement must follow its disclosed editorial criteria rather than its sponsorship status.

Vendor participation

Vendors and maintainers may submit documentation, corrections, product access, and relevant evidence. Material access or conflicts should be disclosed where they affect interpretation. Submitting evidence does not give a vendor final editorial approval.

Sponsored and affiliate content

Sponsored messages are labeled at the placement. Affiliate relationships, if introduced, should be disclosed where the relationship could affect a reader's interpretation. Editorial recommendations should remain supportable without the commercial relationship.
